Excess voltages cause the gradual deterioration of internal circuitry of your electronic equipments. Microprocessors (chips) are now commonly used in digital electronic equipments than before & therefore demand greater amount of protection. Normally, surge protectors are being considered. But, most if not all ordinary surge protectors use the MOV (Metal Oxide Varistors) technology. MOV’s are sacrificial components that gradually wear out with one or several occurrences of these excess voltages.
 

DAVIDSON AVR automatically regulates power output and enhances voltage regulation by +/-5%. The Power Transformer absorbs excess voltage and the state-of-the-art monitoring board prevents voltage higher than 140v to pass through it without relying on MOV’s. DAVIDSON AVR instantly isolates the excessive current that would have otherwise proceeded to the sensitive electronic loads & subject the internal circuitry to irreversible damage.
